Louise Marie Enns
Louise Marie Enns, aged 88 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Tuesday, March 8th, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter; sisters, Dora Froehlich and Elsie Froehlich; and brothers, Peter Schmitz and Jake Schmitz. Louise will be lovingly remembered by her children: Dale (Trish), Gary (Tracy), Ron (Jane), Marie (Leon), Ken (Yvette) and Bev (Calvin); 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Rose; brothers, Mike and Andy (Carol); as well as numerous other relatives. Louise was born in Regina, SK and received her education at the Union Jack School in Central Butte, SK. She worked at the Central Butte Union hospital where she met her future husband, Walter Enns, and they were married on August 27th, 1951. They worked in various locations in Saskatchewan before they moved to Moose Jaw in 1966, where she continued to live until her passing. Louise worked at St. Anthony’s Home for many years before her retirement. She loved singing, yodelling and attending music concerts in Crescent Park. Louise was always up for a good walk. Above all, she was always there for family and friends, never having to be asked. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 3rd Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK. Father Bert Lillo will be the presiding celebrant and burial will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined.
