Norma, Vicki , Gayle and family . My heart is heavy with the knowledge of George’s passing. He was more than a patient to me, he became my family . I shall remember the laughter we brought to each other . He was a special man who had a hard exterior but was a softy on the inside. RIP Georgie boy I shall miss you always.
My deepest sympathy to the Elsom families. Before WWll ,my Dad worked on those farms for both the Elsoms and the Clemens families.
To George’s family and friends I am so sorry to hear Georges passing. I worked with him at the hospital for many years. He was always happy, joyful, caring, helpful and full of laughter. I look forward to seeing him again as the promises outlined in God’s word assure us of seeing our loved ones again on the earth.
My sincere condolences to the family of George Elsom.
As a young fellow I played hockey or midget league football (Southill) with George who was involved in sports.
My uncle, (Percy Murrell) was the manager of the grain elevator in Boharm at the time and I frequently seen George on and off in the area.
Rest In Peace George – I remember you.
Norma, Vicki , Gayle and family, I want say how sorry I am for your loss, I had the great opportunity to work with George for many many year at the old Union hospital, he had so many skills I don’t think there was anything he couldn’t fix, build or repair, he’s was a talented mechanic and Carpenter and taught me a lot over the years that I have carried through my life.
Rest in peace my friend rest in peace !
Condolences to the family. I enjoyed serving him for 13 years at the National Cafe ( one of my favourites), having our many conversations and laughs. You treated my children like they were your grandchildren and them calling you papa George brought the biggest smile to your face , having our weekly lunch dates ( we always argued who was paying so I would sneak away to pay so it was fair), me helping fix your phone ( not at all tech savy) and seeing your big smile and hearing your laugh. No more pain or suffering. Until we meet again George ❤❤❤
