Leo Dubey
August 5, 1940 – September 26, 2024
Leo Dubey, aged 84 years of Moose Jaw, SK. passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Leo was born in Wolseley in 1940 to parents, Owen and Irene Dubey. He started out being a grain buyer in Kegsworth and Archydal then decided to take on dairy farming until be became a farm machine technician until his retirement. Leo was also a councillor for the town of Caron and enjoyed cutting grass for the town. Leo worked hard all his life from being a farm machine technician to tinkering and helping friends, family and neighbours fix things.
Leo married the love of his life, Diane (Hulm) in December of 1963 and created a beautiful life together. As a devoted husband, father and friend Leo dedicated his life to making everyone laugh, as he enjoyed laughing too.
Leo was predeceased by his wife, Diane; parents, Owen and Irene and his brother, Raymond.
Leo is remembered by his daughter, Cheryl (Brent) and their sons, Kyle (Leslie) and Lucas as well as great granddaughter, Araiya; son, Cam (Tracy) and their children: Daegan, Keabyn and Brandon (Jaime) and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Moose Jaw Special Care Home for their exceptional job at caring for Leo. A special thank you to his niece Cindy Schreiner, who Leo referred to as his “second daughter” for the compassionate care and love she gave to Leo, especially when family couldn’t be there.
In keeping with Leo’s wishes, no Funeral Service will take place.

I am saddened to hear of Leo’s passing,part of one of the friendliest couples ever.He was always working at something from landscaping to visiting.RIP my friend.
