Our mother Rose passed away with family by her side at Extendicare in Moose Jaw on Wednesday, August 29th, 2012.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 4th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 3rd Ave. N.W., Moose Jaw, SK.  Father Rick Krofchek will be the presiding celebrant and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery.  Rose and her husband John moved to Moose Jaw with the Air Force in 1961.  She opened Rose’s Beauty Salon which operated until 1995.  She will be remembered for her competitive spirit playing bridge, her sense of humor and fun, and her dedication and kindness to friends and family.  She was predeceased by her parents; husband, John in 1994; a brother and sister; and a great-granddaughter.  Rose leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Joan (Pat) Murphy, John (Diane) Dinzey and David (Cheryl) Dinzey; 4 sisters; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  The family wishes to thank the staff of Chateau St. Michael and Extendicare for the loving care she enjoyed over the past years.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Rose’s name may be made to the Extendicare Resident Council Fund, 1151 Coteau St. W., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 5G5 or the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1H3.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director. 693-4550
