Roy Milton Deschambeault

Roy Milton Deschambeault, aged 57 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Thursday, June 25th, 2015.  He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Deschambeault; brother, Mervin Deschambeault; sisters: Marlene Henry, Carol Deschambeault and Donna Hillgartner; and grandparents: Susan and Camile Deschambeault, and Dwight and Anne Wilford; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.  Roy is survived by his daughters, Brittany (Luis) and Marijayne; son, Harley (Cheylayna); the mother of his children, Diane; sisters: Doris Brown (Art), Kathy Bouvier (Mike) and Michele (Dale); brother, Dwight (Sonya) Deschambeault; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Roy was born on March 13th, 1958 in Prince Albert, SK and lived his early years there. Roy left home at the age of 13.  He lived in the USA for 30 years, living his life his way, until returning home to family.  He loved to travel and he lived a life that we could only dream of.  The greatest love of his life was his three children.  Roy was all about his family.  He loved his two dogs, Cash and Ladybug.  He was proud, family oriented, generous and humble and loved his family and friends unconditionally.  A Memorial Tea will be held on Tuesday, June 30th, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Roy’s name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  James Murdock, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
