Mary Jane Deschambeault
Mary Jane Deschambeault of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully in her sleep, at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on July 4th, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Mary was born in Coronach, Saskatchewan on July 1st, 1931 and is predeceased by her parents Dwight and Anne Willford; brothers Richard, Clint, Dave and Gordon; sister Eva and children Donna, Marlene, Mervin and Carol. She lived in Prince Albert until 1977 when she moved with her family to Moose Jaw, She worked as a clerk at The Salvation Army for a number of years. Being a people-person she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. Mary will be fondly remembered not only by her children but anyone she was acquainted with, for her strength in raising 9 children and their friends, her kindness, for having the patience of a saint and her gentle, non-judgmental compassionate nature. Mary will be sadly missed by her children Doris Brown (Art), RoyDeschambeault (Diane), Kathy Bouvier (Michael), Dwight Deschambeault (Sonja), MichelleDeschambeault (Dale) and Gerald Hillgartner, Eugene Henry, Marc Tremblay; her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; her sister Gladys Wait; and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
