Dennis Lou Deobald passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7th, 2020 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK. He passed at the age of 70 years old after a long and courageous battle of cancer. He was predeceased by his father, George and mother, Luella. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Sandy; stepsons, Todd Bailey (Erin) and Blair Bailey (Teresa); stepdaughter, Shanon Garnier (Cory); grandchildren: Austin, Kaitlyn (Tanner), Brayden, Aiyana, Emma and Maddison; brother, Keith Deobald (Rhoda) and children Darrell, Tyler and Avery; sisters: Karen Russell (Murray) and children Ryan, Amy and Curtis, and Fay Bochek (Garry) and children Brendon, Brodie and Brooke. Dennis was the family provider, always ensuring there was food on the table and everyone was looked after. Dennis spent his working years roofing for a company based in Moose Jaw, then in later years retired to spend time at home with his wife and family. A Private Family Service will be held. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Dennis’ name may be made to the Moose Jaw Humane Society, 1755 Stadacona St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7. Sandy and family I’m so very sorry for your loss Dennis was a fun guy to be around had many a good laugh and times in years gone by nearly 25 . May he Rest In Peace
I would on occasion give a wave to Dennis when he was looking out the window or giving his dogs a talking to as I walked to the mailbox on Iroquois by the coop.I also knew him when he worked at Crest view roofing and had shared a beer or two with him . Sorry for his passing Greg Nicholls.
