Margaret Ann Delahey
Margaret Ann Delahey, aged 75 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away Friday, May 31st, 2019 with family by her side. Margaret was born July 22nd, 1943 in Vancouver, British Columbia. She was predeceased by her parents William and Violet Hayes, and her son Stewart Manz. Marg will be deeply missed by her husband of 43 years, Keith Delahey; sons: Kevin (Sandra) Manz, Gord (Linda) Manz, and Lee (Brenda) Manz; daughter, Kelly (Lloyd) Manz-Spearchief; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Marg devoted her life to Keith and her children on the family farm North East of Moose Jaw. She was always the first at her kids and grandkids sports, 4-H and school activities. Marg enjoyed her time working for many years at Johnstone Auction Mart and the Civic Center concession. Her hobbies included sewing and knitting. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare and the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital for their care and compassion during Marg’s stay. A Celebration of Marg’s Life will be held on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Garry Giofu will officiate and interment will take place at St. Columba Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations Marg’s name to St. Columba Cemetery Fund, Box 1114 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 4P8. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. I am sad beyond words to hear of Marg’s passing.A friend for many years.I do not remember where we met but in the old days we traded children’s cloths back and forth.We always spoke at the auction sales and shared the odd phone call.RIP my friend.

Keith, I’m so sorry to hear of Marg’s passing. I didn’t hear the news until Thursday evening or I would have come to the funeral to pay my respects. She was a good person and will be missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
