Patricia Ann Cook
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother (Bubba), Patricia Ann Cook (née: Reynolds) on Monday, September 20th, 2021. Patricia worked as a Laboratory Technician for many years at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital. She had a great love for dogs, and she met her dear friends Connie and Randy Armitage while they spent many joyous hours with agility and showing their dogs. Patricia will be dearly missed by her children: Denise, Paul, and Dean (Tracey); grandchildren: Dylan (Amanda), Kylee, Kennedy (Francis), Keegan (Beth), Katelyn (Jarrod), and Aiden; and great-grandchildren, Ryker and Zayden.
Honouring Patricia’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held. The family would like to thank Bob and Pat Steele of Calgary, AB for all their love and support.
Rest well Mom, you sure deserve it.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Patricia’s name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Gary McDowell, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
