Miles George Chartrand
Miles George Chartrand, aged 58 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away after a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis and cancer. Miles was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on August 30th, 1961. He moved to Moose Jaw with his family in 1963, where he has resided until his passing. Miles was a cowboy at heart, loved country music, and was very artistic. He never lost his sense of humour and loved to dance, even after being in a wheelchair. He was predeceased by his father, George; and special companion, Paula. Miles will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Lynnsey (Mike) and Shelaine (Devon); grandchildren: Oscar, Aiden, Liam, Noah, Nixon and McKinley; mother, Betty; sister, Deb (Lloyd); brothers, Dwight (Lisa) and Russell (Caroline); as well as numerous other family members. In keeping with Miles’ wishes, a Private Family Service will be held at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Miles’ name may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Saskatchewan, 150 Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2N2 or Allan Blair Cancer Centre c/o Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave, Regina, SK S4T 7T1. Sorry to hear of Miles passing I remember him from Empire and Riverview most of late cruising South Hill although I had hot seen him recently to all his family and friends my condolences .
