Marjorie Evelyn Champion

Marjorie Evelyn Champion (nee Goodfellow) of Pasqua, Saskatchewan passed away on Sunday, October 25th, 2009 at the age of 84 years. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 29th, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in St. Aidan Anglican Church in Moose Jaw. Rev. Denise Doerksen will officiate and burial will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.

Marjorie was born and raised in Moose Jaw. She married Walter on June 23rd, 1951 and then moved to Pasqua where she resided until her passing. Her employment years were spent at Scott National and the Hillcrest Sports Centre. Marjorie was active in the Anglican Church, the Pasqua Community Club and camping clubs. Her passion was knitting and baking for her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Bill and Mary Goodfellow and two brothers Art and Les. Marjorie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 58 years, Walter; her daughter Arleen (Bob), her son Brian (Marge); two grandchildren Steven and Breanne; her brother Norman (Gladys); and numerous other relatives.
