Betty Corinne Chalmers

Betty Corinne Chalmers, aged 85 years, of Moose Jaw, SK., passed away peacefully on Friday, May 28th, 2010.  Betty was born in Swift Current, SK. and moved to Moose Jaw at the age of 13, where she met her future husband Don.  They were married on September 7th, 1946.  Betty was predeceased by her husband Don; her parents Fred & Selina Player; siblings Charles, Fred, Elsie, Alice, Stan, Thelma, Harold & Vern.  Betty will be lovingly remembered by her children, Don (Nina), Bryan & Leanne, all of Moose Jaw; her sister Margery; and several nieces and nephews.  A Come & Go Memorial Tea will be held on Friday, June 4th, 2010 from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association of Saskatchewan Inc., 301 – 2550 – 12th Ave., Regina, SK., S4P 3X1.
