Marian Elizabeth Buettner

Marian Elizabeth Buettner (nee Dosch) aged 81 years of Marquis, SK, passed away peacefully at Pioneers Lodge in Moose Jaw, SK on Sunday, June 2nd, 2013, after a short battle with bladder cancer.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 6th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, Marquis, SK and interment will take place at St. John’s Cemetery, Marquis.  A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, June 5th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, Moose Jaw, SK.  She was predeceased by her husband, Norbert; daughter, Yvonne; son-in-law, Alan and daughter-in-law, Connie.  Marian will be lovingly remembered by her children: Leslie (Candace), Sandra Martin, Kevin (Lisa), Clifford, Karen (Gary) Ramsey, Glen (Marion), Leander, Raymond (Val) and Noreen; 29 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 sister; 3 brothers; in-laws and their families; as well as many other relatives and lifelong friends.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Marian’s name may be made to the St. John’s Cemetery Fund, Box 54, Marquis, SK S0H 2X0.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director. 306-693-4550.
