Carl Ernest Brooks

Carl Ernest Brooks, aged 86 years of Moose Jaw, SK., passed away Wednesday, November 10th, 2010.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate, assisted by Reverend Bob Langdon and interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  A Time of Visitation for family and friends will be held in Moose Jaw Funeral Home on Monday, November 15th, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.  Legion Rites will be conducted by Chuck MacMillan of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #59.  Carl was predeceased by his parents.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Florence; two sons, Wade and Wendell; special friends Raymond and Gertrude Hove and numerous relatives.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  Those so wishing may make donations in Carl’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Sask., 279 3rd Ave. N., Moose Jaw, SK., S7K 2H8 or to Central Lutheran Church, 27 Hochelaga St. W., Moose Jaw, SK.
