Donna Gayle Bookout
Donna Gayle Bookout was born August 9th, 1947 in Moose Jaw, SK and passed away on Monday, April 6th, 2020. She was predeceased by her parents, Pete and Marie; brother, Kenny; and nephew, Jordan. Donna is survived by her spouse, Glenn; sons, Derrick (Trinda) and Richie (Janelle); daughter, Cari; grandchildren: Brett (Katie), Rebecca, Mathew, Nicholas, Olivia, Jaylin, Colton and Cassidy; brother, Louie (Karen); sisters, Robbie (Joe) and Jackie; sister-in-law, Gaye; brother-in-law, David (Marsha); as well as many nieces, nephews, their spouses and children. Growing up in Moose Jaw, Donna was always surrounded by her family and made many lifelong friends. While she enjoyed playing ball and other sports herself, she was always a bigger fan of cheering on her children and grandchildren at their events. Her love for her family and friends went above and beyond, she was always willing to lend a helping hand. We would like to give thanks to Dr. Hetherington and all the staff at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital who have provided care and compassion in Donna’s tough journey. A Private Family Service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.
