Rheta Bernice Benson

Mrs. Rheta Bernice Benson, age 76 years of Central Butte, SK passed away peacefully on January 17th, 2007 with her family at her side after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 20 th, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate and interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. Rheta is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Lexus; children Sandra(Daryle) Bathgate, Thayne, Michaelle, Owen, Debbie (Alex) Hamer, Tricia (Ryan) Miner, Jesse, Jeanine (Jeff) Beaudry, Amanda, Lori (Peter) Yankow, Darren, Janelle, Sherry (Daryl) Stauch, Alyse, Trina, Cory (Lorine) Benson, Alea, Blake; siblings Allan (Lorraine) Bumphrey, Mary (Bob) Winn, Mona Smith, Isobel Pearcey, Harvey Bumphrey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Leo and Emily Bumphrey; granddaughter Charlene Stauch; brother Doug Bumphrey and sister Bev Brown. As an expression of sympathy, a donation in Rheta’s name may be made to the Town of Central Butte, c/o the Central Butte Rec Board, Box 10, Central Butte , SK S0H 0T0 or the Alzheimer Association of Saskatchewan Inc., 301-2550 12 th Ave., Regina, SK S4P 3X1 would be appreciated by the family.
