Reta Bankier

Reta Bankier, aged 92 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Monday, May 8th, 2017.  She was predeceased by her parents, Ewald and Emma Biech; husband, Alex; brothers, Otta (Frieda) and Wesley (Hilda); and sisters: Irene (Fred) Deobald, Josie Biech, and Margaret (Elmer) Maurer.  Reta will be lovingly remembered by her numerous nieces and nephews.  A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, May 11th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Sunset Cemetery with Reverend Bill Cantelon officiating.  Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery gates by 1:45 p.m.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Reta’s name may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association, 917A Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2P6.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
