Olive May Baird

Olive May Baird, aged 77 years of Riverhurst, Sask., passed away on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010.  The Memorial Service will be celebrated on Monday, January 11th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Riverhurst Community Hall with Rev. Rick McCorrister officiating.  Olive was born on September 2nd, 1932 at Riverhurst to Iva and William Thomson.  Olive was predeceased by her parents and infant sister.  She will be lovingly remembered by her three children: Debra Baird (Paul), Bill Baird (Sylvia) and Ruby Cozart (Darrell); nine grandchildren: Jason (Kristal), Michael (Miranda), Christopher (Kim), Joseph (Merissa), Tara (Colin), Evan, Lauren, Ryley and Alixandra; 5 great grandchildren: Ernestine, Mikayla, Riley, Kaylis and Addison.    As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Palliser Park, All Hands on Deck, project, c/o Box 89, Riverhurst, Sk. S0H 3P0, would be appreciated by the family.
