Dennis Avery
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dennis Avery, aged 58 years of Moose Jaw, SK on Friday, September 20th, 2019, after a brief illness. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife and best friend of 40 years, Doris Avery (Hiebert); loving father to Dayna (Jeff) MacDonald of Melfort, SK and proud grandfather to Rhett and Rayelle MacDonald; son to Frances Avery of Moose Jaw, SK; brother to Deborah (Keith) Smith of Moose Jaw, SK and their children Destiny, Sterling and Janelle; brother to Denise (Gevin) Bebault of Calgary, AB and their children Alex, Michael and stepchildren; son in-law to Bev Hiebert and the late Gordon Hiebert of Moose Jaw, SK; brother-in-law to Sandra (Brian) Turnbull of North Battleford, SK and their children Jacob and Katrina (Max); brother in-law to Wanda Hiebert and Trent Hiebert; as well as being fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends. Dennis loved spending time outdoors with family and friends. He enjoyed camping, hiking, biking, fishing and kayaking, and was passionate about cars and motorcycles. He also had a talent for woodworking which included furniture, children’s toys and home décor. Dennis had a fun, quirky sense of humour and was entertaining to the people around him. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Celebrant Dave Foley officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Andrew Pratt Funeral Director 306-693-4550.

Sorry to hear about your husbands passing. I had meet him years ago when he
was working for C&S construction on the public school on Athabasca east .
I also worked with Doris at the packing house .
