ARTHUR WILLIAM JOHN
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announce the untimely passing of Dad on Thursday, March 20th, 2008 at the age of 82. Dad was born on December 13th, 1925 in Estevan, Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Alexandria Blondeau, one brother Ralph; sister, Florence and his beloved son, Ronnie. He is survived by his loving wife, Gladys, sons Gary (Wanda) Blondeau; children Angela (Stan) Miller and daughter, Gabrielle; Charlotte Blondeau and son Samson; Joseph (Katie) Blondeau and son Alexander; John Blondeau, children Dan and Sarah; daughters, Donna (Kellie) Blondeau; Sandra (Ralph) Hawkes, children Joey Hawkes, Arek, Gracey, Jack, Jay Hawkes, Emilee, Jacquelyn Hawkes, daughter Madison, Marc Hawkes; Corinne Herle, children; Robert (Lisa) Herle, son Lucas; Rina (Tony) Letkeman, children Montana, Eric, Amber; Aaron Herle, Brandon Herle, Verna (Craig) Blondeau, children, John Skeoch; Michael Skeoch, daughter Hailey, Kale (Amber) Skeoch, son Kaison; Justin Englesman. Grandchildren Bob Gardipie, Ron Blondeau, Sheila (Bob) Hope, children Jessie and Logan; Jason Blondeau. Two brothers; Archie Blondeau and Matthew Blondeau. One sister, Marie Lukye. Numerous nephews and nieces and many great-nephews and great-nieces and many cousins. His special cousin John (Jean) Blondeau. Dad served in World War II and the Korean War. He was a firefighter for 30 years in Moose Jaw, Dad loved fishing, hunting, baseball, horseshoes, golfing, listening to his fiddle music. He loved family outings and just being outside. Thanks to all Dad’s caregivers and special friends. A Private Family Service was held on Tuesday, March 25th, 2008 at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Seaborg officiating.
