Jessie Coghill

Jessie Coghill (neé  McLeod) of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on July 10th, 2011 at the age of 88.  She was born in Cabri, SK on June 10th, 1923.  Jessie met and later married “the love of her life” Ambrose Coghill on November 24th, 1948.  They had four children: Jane (Jim) Cleniuk, Matthew (Emma) Coghill, April (Daryl) Hudson and Veryl Coghill.  Jessie’s caring nature lead her to train and practice as a registered nurse for over thirty years.  Jessie valued family and friends and will be missed by her eight grandchildren: Kristin (Colin), Kayla (Darin), Blade (Joni), Amber, Shayle, Levi, Carson and Aaron; three great-grandchildren: Bodyn, Drake and Rylin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters who will remember the open door, fresh buns, oat cakes and warm smile.  A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 13th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Reverend Lynne Clarke will officiate.  Donations in Jessie’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Sask., 279 3rd Ave. N., Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.
