Charlotte Audrey Neil

Charlotte Audrey Neil (nee: Buchanan) of Moose Jaw, SK. passed away at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on Tuesday, April 12th, 2011.  In keeping with Charlotte’s wishes, a Private Funeral Service will be held.  Charlotte was born on September 22nd, 1924 in the Limerick District where she received her early education.  She continued her education at Balfour Tech, Regina, SK. working for Sun Life in Regina and Vancouver.  On July 29th, 1950, she married Douglas Neil of Lipton, SK. and they moved to Moose Jaw.  She was predeceased by her husband, Doug; her parents, Charles and Jane Buchanan; twin sister, Eleanor Muir; her brothers, Vernon and Kenneth Buchanan; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Betty and Ralph Brinkworth.  Charlotte will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by daughters: Susan (Allan) Smith of Calgary, AB., Claudia (Arch) Murray of Sherwood Park, AB. and Cathy (Ken) Ulmer of Moose Jaw, SK.; son: David (Denise) Neil, of Calgary, AB.; grandchildren: Lindsay and Leah Smith, Jennie Neil, Megan and Ashleigh Murray, Brad (Renée) and Sara Ulmer, and Gordon and Madison Neil; one great-grandchild: Austin Ulmer; sister: Margy (Cecil) Reisner; sisters-in-law: Alice Buchanan, Eleanor Moore and Donna (Ivan) Laycock; brother-in-law: Alastair Muir; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy, contributions to the Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK. S6H 9Z9 would be appreciated by the family.
