Edna Mary Rose Bistretzan

Edna Mary Rose Bistretzan, aged 74 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away Monday, April 9th, 2012.  She was born in Weyburn, SK on May 31st, 1937.  She was predeceased by her mother and father, and one sister.  Edna will be missed by her husband of 53 years, Elie; her children:  Teresa (Wade), Gregg (Tereasa), Rosanna (Mike), Glenn (Rachelle), Garry (Haley) and Gill(Bonnie); and by her 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 16th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 3rd Ave. N.W., Moose Jaw, SK.  Father Rick Krofchek will be the presiding celebrant and interment will take place in Sunset Cemetery following the luncheon.  For those so wishing, memorial donations in Edna’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Sask., 279 3rd Ave. N., Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director. 693-4550
