George William Langford

George William Langford, aged 80 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away Friday, January 27th, 2012. He was predeceased by his wife, Kate; father and mother, William and Isobel; sister, Donna Erskine and brother-in-law, Harold Erskine. George will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his sister and brother-in-law, Anita (Michael) Blanchard and many friends. George was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for many years. He loved playing music and played in a dance band at an early age. George worked at the post office as letter carrier. The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 200 Mulberry Lane, Moose Jaw, SK. Leon Pandachuk will be the speaker and interment will take place in Sunset Cemetery. A Time of Visitation for Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. An appreciative note of thanks to the homecare providers and nurses for your care of George and support of Anita and Mike. Flowers are gratefully declined.
