Michael John O’Byrne

Michael John O’Byrne, of Moose Jaw passed away on Friday, August 10th, 2012 at the age of 71. Michael was predeceased by his father, Harold; brother, John; sisters, MaryAnn and Theresa; and nephew, Jeff Balerud and great nephew Caleb Klien.  Mike will be sadly missed  by his mother, Mary; sisters: Elaine (Garry) Balerud of Moose Jaw, Marg (Pat) Bence of Calgary, AB, and Nora (Gene)Gauthier of Sherwood Park, AB; brothers, Jim (Joanne) of Cold Lake, AB and Tom of Kamloops, BC; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Special friend Sandra Beaton, of Moose Jaw.  Mike spent 25 years at Rainbow Lake, Alberta working in the Oil Services Industry. Mike had a love for the game of golf!. The family would like to thank the Medical Floor and the Dialysis Unit staff of the Moose Jaw Union Hospital for the excellent care given Mike.  Mike requested that there be no Funeral Service.  As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation – Renal Dialysis Unit, 455 Fairford St E., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1H3.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.
