Lucille Annie Richardson

Lucille Annie Richardson, aged 96 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away Wednesday, January 4th, 2012. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 12th, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Reverend Deacon Arlene Champion will officiate and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery. Lucille was born in and was a true pioneer of Moose Jaw. She was a longtime member of St. Aiden Church and was a prominent athlete in Moose Jaw. Lucille was a longtime Saskatchewan Roughriders supporter. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Edwin and son-in-law, Hugh Fraser. Lucille will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Elaine Fraser; sons, Dale (Brenda Read) Richardson and Lorne (Lynda) Richardson; grandchildren: Brad Fraser, Ward (Connie) Fraser and Christopher Richardson; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Connie Cowan and Blanche Gettling; cousin, Mona Jones and numerous other relatives. Refreshments will be served following the burial. Flowers are gratefully declined.
