Orlan Lindell McKee

Orlan Lindell McKee, aged 87 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away Monday, January 28th, 2013.  He was predeceased by his wife, Gwen; parents, Charles and Annie McKee; brothers: Amuiel, Lester, Murray and Arvid; and brother-in-law, Jack Hill.  Orlan is survived by his sister, Fay Hill; brothers, Burleigh (Alice) and Reginald (Darlene); and sisters-in-law, Marion and Irene.  Orlan served as an elder in the Christian congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for many years.  Orlan devoted his life to helping others learn about the marvelous promises contained in the Bible.  He had an unwavering faith in his God Jehovah and his promise of a resurrection to an earth restored to paradise.  Orlan knew that the safest place to be is in God’s memory.  The family and friends of Orlan wish to express our thanks to the staff at Extendicare in Moose Jaw for all their care and loving support.  The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 2nd, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 200 Mulberry Lane, Moose Jaw, SK. with Jim Sikorski as Speaker.  Burial of cremains will take place at Sunset Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Jeff Ofstie, Funeral Director. 693-4550.
