Jean Irene Thompson

Jean Irene Thompson, aged 96 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013.  The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 18th, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in Trinity United Church, 277 Iroquois St. W., Moose Jaw, SK with Father Glenn Galenkamp officiating.  Jean was born in Clearwater, MB and was a great knitter, seamstress and crocheter.  She was predeceased by her husband, Irvin Charles Thompson in 2000.  Jean is survived by her children: Keith (Joan) Thompson, Bev (Bob) Searcy and Bryne (Verna) Thompson; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Gordon Thompson and sister-in-law, Edith McKay.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jean’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director. 306-693-4550.
