Steven Dudka

Steven Dudka, aged 84 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away at home on Wednesday, May 28th, 2014.  Steve grew up on a farm in Fisherbay, Manitoba with his mother and father.  Later in life, Steve moved to Regina where he resided for many years and worked at Harvest Community in Kronau.  Steve and his roommate and friend, Willie, moved to Moose Jaw four years ago.  He loved to go to work at Diversified Services and especially liked riding the bike and playing shuffleboard.  Steve enjoyed watching trains go by and spent lots of time outside.  He loved to listen to music, especially polka music from his Ukrainian background.  Steve’s kind and talkative attitude will be greatly missed by all.  The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 2nd, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Reverend John McCubbing will officiate and interment will take place in Rosedale Cemetery at a later date.
