YVONNE MAYDANICH (née Tremblay)
April 23rd, 1929 – October 21st, 2014

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Yvonne Maydanich, on Tuesday, October 21st, 2014 at the age of 85 years, with her family by her side.  Yvonne was the third oldest of 11 children born to Joseph and Delvina Tremblay.  She moved to Moose Jaw in 1952, where she met her husband Frank Maydanich.  They were married on October 22st, 1953.  They were blessed with 5 children and she devoted her life to her family.  She was predeceased by her parents; brothers: Oliver, Joseph, Armand, Greg, Reo and Bernard; sisters, Julia and Florence; and son-in-law, Chris Pearson.  Yvonne will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Frank; children: Rose (Mike) Fall – Valerie Hango, Kara, Jayson, Peyton and Jordyn Felske, David, Amanda and Megan Hango, Bev Pearson (Peter Fowler), David (Sheila) – Brettany and Chelsey Maydanich, Frances (Steve) – Matthew, Mark, Paul, James and Michelle Hordos, Dennis (Janine) – Steven, Danielle, Micheal Maydanich, Lenore and Davis; brother, Edward Tremblay; and sister, Margaret (Keith) Harris.  Our family would like to thank all of the staff at Pioneers Lodge and Extendicare for taking good care of Mom during her short stay with them.  The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 27th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Father Rick Krofchek will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, donation in Yvonne’s name may be made to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1H3.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
