Shauna Maureen Welch

It is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our daughter, Shauna Maureen Welch, on Monday, March 10th, 2014.  Shauna was born on December 22nd, 1986 and attended Empire School and later Riverview Collegiate.  She was predeceased by her grandpa, Stan Welch; grandparents, Myrt and Arnold Weisbrod; grandpa, Les Watson; uncle, Bobby Welch; uncle, Norm Graham; auntie Charlene Welch; and precious pet, Dino.  Shauna will be sadly missed by her father, Ken Welch; mother, Lynn Welch; grandma, Millie Watson; uncle, Roy (Cathy) Welch; auntie, Margaret Matereo (Jim Johnson); auntie, Maureen (Merv) Bruvold; auntie, Bert Graham; auntie, Georgina Behm; uncle, Neil Weisbrod; uncle, Lyle (Mary) Weisbrod; uncle, Larry (Jaye) Weisbrod; numerous cousins; as well as her many precious friends.  A Memorial Service in her honor will be held on Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Reverend Doug Shepherd will officiate and interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Shauna’s name may be made to the Transition House, Box 1866, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7N6 or The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Calvin Gammel, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
