Stella Frances McKenzie (née Zbadynski)

Stella Frances McKenzie (née Zbadynski) aged 81 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Monday, April 20th, 2015.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of Our Lady, 566 Vaughan St W, Moose Jaw, SK.  Father Jake Ibay will be the presiding celebrant and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.  Stella was born in Kelstern, SK on May 27th, 1933 and received her education in Moose Jaw, graduating from Central Collegiate.  She then graduated from Davidson Business College and commenced employment with SaskTel on April 1st, 1951.  Stella retired in 1986 and has resided in Moose Jaw until her passing.  She was predeceased by her parents, Steve and Ludwina; and Craig’s father, Norm McKenzie.  Stella will be lovingly remembered by her son, Craig (Sandra); grandchildren: Adam, Alex and Brooke; sister, Katherine (John) Fischer; brother, John (Angela) Stevens; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Stella’s name may be made to Church of Our Lady, 566 Vaughan St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 6L3.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
