John Charles Myron
John Charles Myron, aged 87 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Friday, September 18th, 2015 at Chateau St. Michaels. John was the eldest of six children. He was born on November 15th, 1927 in Moose Jaw, SK to James and Margaret Myron of the Crestwynd District. He was predeceased by his brother, Stanley James in 2000; niece, Marlene Coghill; brothers-in-law: Glen Coghill, Wilfred Way and Louis Lees. John is survived by his sisters: Helen Coghill, Jeanette Way, Norma Dean and Ruth Lees; sister-in-law, Janice Myron; as well as sixteen nieces and nephews. Many thanks to John’s nephew’s wife Brenda and sister-in-law Janice for the many hours spent at his bedside. We also wish to thank the staff at Chateau St. Michael’s for the very good care given to John in the past few weeks. John was a fifty year square dancer. He did Scottish dancing, round dancing, pattern dancing and he was a good social dancer. He loved music. He also loved working on antique tractors and had many WD-40’s at his farm. We will miss you John. We love you. In keeping with John’s wishes, there will be no Funeral Service. As an expression of sympathy, donations in John’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
