Laramie Dale Neuman
Laramie Dale Neuman, aged 77 years, passed away on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK. He was born on September 29th, 1940 at the Neuman family farm in Wenaus District, Saskatchewan to the late Harold and Luella Neuman. Larry attended both Wenaus and Assiniboia schools before he entered the workforce at 16 years of age. He worked for Clark Construction, Tobin Tractors, Ormiston Mining and Smelting and in 2007 after working for the Rural Municipality of Redburn for 23 years, he retired. In October of 2013 he celebrated 50 years of marriage to Bev. Larry was a faithful and active member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Additionally, he served on many boards and committees including the Saskatchewan Quarter Horse Association, the Saskatchewan Stakes and Futurities, and the Moose Jaw Exhibition Company. Larry’s love of people and horses was evident by the volunteer hours he spent and his son’s involvement with horses. He is survived by his wife Bev; sons Robin and Scott; Scott’s wife Amy and two grandchildren Elise and Evan; brother Dennis and sisters Jocelyn and Jackie. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Moose Jaw, SK. with Reverend John Kreutzwieser officiating.
