Robert “Bob” William Pearson

Robert “Bob” William Pearson, aged 66 years of Moose Jaw and formerly of Beechy, SK, passed away on Sunday, April 15th, 2018.  Bob was born October 5th, 1951 and was raised on the family farm.  He always dreamed of farming and in 1975, his dream came true when he proudly took over the farm.  Bob took pride in his family and cherished all his time spent with his grandchildren.  Bob also enjoyed coaching hockey, ice fishing, checking crops, and time spent with friends.  Camping was a fun family favorite and dad always told the best campfire stories.  Dad always made sure we had a rink to skate on in the winter, whether it was making a rink in the yard or clearing of the dam.  Bob was predeceased by his parents, David and May; and sister, Eileen.  Bob will be lovingly remembered by his children: Cory, Brent (Roxy), and Crystal (Rob) Wagner; grandchildren: Brooklynn, Connor, Taylor, Parker, Hunter, and Paisley; the mother of his children, Sheila; brothers, David (Leslie) and Edgar (Jeanette); sister, Marlene (Randy) Heinrichs; as well as many other family members.  The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 21st, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Beechy United Church, Beechy, SK.  Interment will take place in Beechy Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Bob’s name may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association, 917A Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2P6.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
