Scott Aaron Gould-Stewart Craig
It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Scott Aaron Gould-Stewart Craig, age 20 years, on Tuesday June 27th, 2017. Scott was born on February 28th, 1997 in Moose Jaw, SK. Scott attended school in Saskatoon, graduating from Aden Bowman Collegiate in 2015. He was enrolled in the U of S Agronomy diploma program so that he could continue his love for all things ranchy. Scott was currently working in the field of agronomy and loved all of the things involved – well except maybe floating till 2 a.m. – and then coming back to the ranch to help his dad with the rest of the day’s work. Scott lived a somewhat double life between the city and the farm – he could barista you a lovely Starbucks quality drink or fix whatever he had broken at the farm with equal skill. He loved his basketball and wasn’t ready to give it up after High School – whether it was helping his dad coach his sister or reffing on the weekends both in Saskatoon and Central Butte. He enjoyed watching his brothers and cousins play hockey and travelled many miles to go and cheer them on. He had a soft spot for kids and animals, as evidenced by the many snaps of puppies, calves, his sister and brothers that we all saw. Scott will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Janice Craig; father and stepmother, Kurt and Kendra Stewart; father, Bryan Craig; sister, Teagan; brothers, Kamden and Colter; grandparents: Michael and Margaret Gould, Darlene Stewart, and Wayne and Margaret Craig; aunts and uncles: Marilyn Gould, Brian and Dallas Gould, Dallas and Shanlee Wilm, Michael Craig, Travis, and Charlene and Mike Velonas; as well as all his cousins and many honorary aunts and uncles. Scott was predeceased by his grandpa, Gord Stewart.
