Jim Fennuik
Jim Fennuik, aged 68 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 1st, 2017. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held on Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Dave Foley will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. He was predeceased by his parents, Effie and Nick; brothers: Bill, Matt, and Fred; and sister, Ann. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna; sons, Kael and Alex; special canine companion, Spud; as well as numerous family and friends. Jim was employed by CP Rail for many years. He was a true railroader through and through. After a lengthy career with the CPR, Jim retired in 2005. One of Jim’s passions in life was playing Rugby. He spent many hours on the field and went on numerous trips with his team. He made many lifelong friends on and off the field. Jim was the kind of person who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. His kindness and generosity was not limited by anything. Jim loved his family and friends and will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jim’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.
