Craig Allan Langer
With heavy hearts, we announce the shocking passing on Tuesday, July 18th, 2017 of Craig Allan Langer, born October 29th, 1966 to parents Robert and Gayle Langer. Craig went to Riverhurst School and then later to Central Butte School, graduating in 1984. He made many great friends who were still a part of his life thirty plus years later. After attending Lethbridge College in 1992, he married his true love and best friend Wanda Wakeford. They recently celebrated their 25th anniversary and made many memories together. They say couples who play together, stay together. Craig and Wanda shared many common interests and did everything together, whether work or play. They were both Blue Jays fans and Disney nuts, went to countless movies, travelled extensively, golfed as much as possible and worked together in the field or on other projects. Craig and Wanda have three beautiful children together: Ty, Janae and Davis. A piece of Craig will live on in each of them and keep his memory alive. Craig was one of those rare people that even enjoyed working. He had various jobs over the years, from agriculture to construction with different people and companies. Because of his love for people, he woke up every day eager to go to work. He enjoyed the constant interaction with people through texting, phone calls and long visits. He was always checking Facebook to see what was up and to see pictures of friend’s vacations to see where they had been. Craig’s sense of humour was second to none and made many people laugh so hard it hurt. Craig will be forever missed by his parents, Robert and Gayle Langer; brother, Kevin (Wendy) Langer and family Bo, Kolby, Shay; sister, Jaylene (Al) Capnerhurst and family Mathew, Lane; sister, Lorine (Cory) Benson and family Alea (Blake) Noga and Sawyer, Blake; father-in-law, Jack (Renee) Wakeford; mother-in-law, Myrna Wakeford; brother-in-law, Nick (Paulette) Wakeford and family Eric, Kylie; as well as numerous extended family and special friends. A Celebration of Craig’s Life was held on Friday, July 21st, 2017 and the family will have a private interment at a later date. Thank you to all of the support that has been extended to all of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. James Murdock, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
