Caroline Tolmie
I’m calling this post “Sweet Caroline!”.
Caroline Tolmie, born December 19th, 1936 in Glasgow, Scotland, and the beloved mother of Fraser Tolmie, passed away Tuesday, October 8th, 2024. This is my favourite picture of her. Last night, my mother was promoted to glory, and this is a time of celebration not mourning.
Caroline lived a life that honoured God by sacrificing for her family, putting others first, and being kind to strangers! For those of you who knew her, you knew her wonderful sense of humour and joyful demeanour.
I am blessed to have had her as my mother, and I know that all of Heaven is celebrating her arrival. Someone very special her, daughter Glenna, who was taken at birth has been waiting for her to come home and I take great joy and comfort in their reunion.
A Private Gathering will take place at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Andrew Pratt, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time as there also is a celebration in heaven.
Blessings

Dear Mr. Tolmie
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I want to give my condolences as she may also be family to me as well.
My Great Grandmother used to Bea Tolmie too.
Even if we if we are not related I just wanted to express my feelings.
Such a beautiful tribute to your sweet Mother, Fraser. Now that she’s received her “wings”, she’ll be with you and your family everywhere you may find yourselves. May God continue to bless you all and keep you in His graces forever.
