Ronald Allen Raymond Fisher
Ronald Allen Raymond Fisher (Manito-Ziibiing nini), born July 3rd, 1967, passed away peacefully on the evening of Tuesday, Aug 6th, 2024, on his way to follow his passion. Ron was one of a kind, adventurous but most of all, selfless.
Born in Moose Jaw, SK to his parents, Viola Fisher and Wayne Henry, Ron grew up with a strong love for his family and cars. Growing up alongside his big brother Rick Fisher, he endured the love of fast cars and race cars. Graduating from Peacock Collegiate in Moose Jaw with an Automotive Scholarship, he began his entrepreneurial journey with his Automotive and Body Shop.
Ron was undoubtedly one of the most charismatic, fun, silly son, brother, uncle, but most of all father to his children: Desiree (Colin), Destinee (Jon), Renee (Monty), Benue, Kachine, Chenoa, and Delsin; and grandbabies: Noella, Adison, Rhea, Riley, Ellie, Theo, and Timmy. He was predeceased by his father, Vern; big sisters, Shirley and Verna; big brother, Rick; and nephew, David. They are all now racing at the quarter mile together.
“Well, what the flip.”

Whenever I think of Ron, I remember him as a 3 year old Toddler. He was so cute, walking around in my parent’s log home. (Leslie & Delcie Grosbeck). Once he lost the car keys and we spent a lot of time looking for these keys. I found them on the storm door ledge where he left them. Of course, Ron the baby never got in trouble because we all loved him. I am glad that I spent time with Ron and my Dad in August in 2023. We all ate pickerel dinner. Ron was interested in the places that his parents lived while in Chippewa Nation in Ontario, and I took him to these sites. He took many pictures. Now my Dad has passed on to the Spiritual Work and Ron is with him and I miss both of him. His ancestors and family are waiting for him. I wish I could be with your family Ron, during this time. Love you and your family so much.
Condolences to the Fisher family, so sad to hear of Ron’s passing.
