Pierre Victor Laurant Beaupre
It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our dad, Pierre Victor Laurant Beaupre aged 100 years of Moose Jaw, SK, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 24th, 2023.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Dorothy Bodnaryk (August 2nd, 2019); and mother of his children, Doreen Beaupre (February 28, 2015). Vic is survived by his children: Raymond Beaupre (Karen), Beryle Beaupre, Linda Beaupre (John), Gisele Beaupre, Bernadette Beaupre, Daniel Beaupre (Beth), Janine Claus, Elise Beaupre, Sheila Beaupre, Carla Bodnaryk, Monte Bodnaryk (Kelly), Robin Brin (Merle), and Guy Bodnaryk (Tami); as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Vic was born September 19th, 1923 in Lac Megantic, Quebec. He joined the military on December 8th, 1943. Vic worked as a milkman in The Pas, MB, as a locksmith in Thompson, MB, and finished his working career in Thompson, MB at Manitoba Hydro after 31 years. He loved to play and watch golf, watch his Blue Jays, and liked to play crib.
Vic will be missed by many and loved by many. The care staff and recreation team at Providence Place will miss his humor, smile, and naughty laugh. We thank them for everything they did to make dad’s stay there as happy and loving as possible.
A Private Family Service will be held with interment at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vic’s name may be made to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, 1 – 345 Third Avenue S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1M6. To the family of Vic Beaupre, my sincere condolences. He lived to a good age, now he is re-united with his three sisters, parents and his wife Dorothy. Rest in peace Uncle Vic. ( I am a daughter to your Aunt Eva, sister to Kathleen).

I knew many of you over the years past and now feel your sadness on the passing of your father. Elise, Daniel, Sheila I hope this message finds you all well.
My/our sincere condolences to all the family of Uncle ( Great Uncle ) Vic. I met many of you at his 100th birthday. What a blessing to celebrate his life and the gift of his family!
