Randy Wilkinson
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, Randy Wilkinson. Randy lost a very courageous battle on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at the age of 52 years, at the Royal University Hospital with his beloved family by his side. Randy was born on December 11th, 1964 and was raised on a farm in the Marquis area. He attended school at Lindale and Peacock. Randy was never afraid to take on any jobs, big or small, and always wanted to expand his knowledge on everything he did. Anything he took on he could fix and if he couldn’t he would figure it out. Randy moved to Carrot Creek, AB and lived with the Robinson family, who he adored. He worked at Robinson Maintenance where he learned much of his work ethic and skills. Randy was working there when he met the love of his life Dee Dee, and he moved back to Moose Jaw and soon after they were married. He adored her deeply and enjoyed spending time doing the things they loved. Together they had two beautiful daughters, Shelby and Ashley. Randy was the greatest father figure his children could ever have, teaching them that you had to work hard in life to achieve the things you wanted and never be afraid to ask questions and learn something new. Randy loved spending time with his family, and enjoying all the fun things in life. Randy also loved his beautiful dog Senda and riding his horses. Randy decided to start a business on his own with just a truck and a trailer and later opened his own shop. He continued to expand RW Industrial Services to include C-RAMS propane, Classic Caddy, and was part of the Flaman Rental business. Randy enjoyed snowmobiling, especially in the mountains, and hunting and fishing, all with his good friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Chrissy and Jack Wilkinson, and Simone and Peter Pilsner; and his mother, Marlene. Randy will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 26 years, Dee Dee; his beautiful daughters, Shelby (Tyson) and Ashley (Kyle); his father Eric; sisters, Rhonda Shaw (Sam) and Michelle Dumaine (John) and their families; his sister and brothers-in-laws: Donna Ayres (Doug), Frank Seaberly (Anne), Raymond Seaberly (Lisa), and Sue Waddell (Ken); his special friends, Randy and Tracey Jenner and their family; as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Also, a very special thank you to Dr. Roger Keith, whom Randy thought the world of (Saskatoon). A great appreciation to Larry, Val, and the staff for continuing to keep Randy’s business dream alive. The family would also like to thank all our wonderful friends and family for their love and support. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 12th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Moose Jaw Alliance Church, 14 Neslia Place, Moose Jaw, SK. Dave Foley will officiate and a private family interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Randy’s name may be made to the Moose Jaw Wildlife Federation, PO Box 1286, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 2M2. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Michelle Surtees Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
