VI (VIOLET) BERNICE BRYSON
It is with sadness that the family of Vi Bryson announces her passing at Pioneer Lodge in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on Thursday, December 26th, 2019 at the age of 99 years. She was predeceased by her husband, William (Bill); daughter, Janet; sons, Billy and Jim (Patrick); and sons-in-law: Brian Nast, Vic Winik, and Vince Fiorante. Vi leaves to mourn: her daughters, Linda Fiorante and Marcy Nast; 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Upon Bill’s early retirement, they moved to Moose Jaw in 1967. Vi worked at St. Anthony’s Home and retired as Head of Housekeeping after 17 years. In her long retirement she loved to spend time with family and friends, dancing, playing cards, reading, spending time at the lake and going to Texas in the winters. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by us all. Vi’s family would like to thank the staff of Pioneer Lodge for their exceptional care over the past 5 years. In keeping with Vi’s wishes, A Private Family Service will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Andrew Pratt Funeral Director 306-693-4550.

Dear Linda, Marcy and Families,
We were saddened to learn of the loss of your mother Vi. She was a dear sweet lady who was always a delight to be with. She was a most cherished and treasured friend in my parent’s (Joyce + Roger Quigley) world. She will undoubtedly be missed here, but one can only imagine, what a lovely reunion that is happening elsewhere.

My Deepest Sympathy on the loss of mom Vi.I enjoyed caring for your mom while I worked at the lodge-she loved to share a story with you and her laugh was contagious! She confided in me so the day I gave my retirement notice last December 2018 she was one of the first I told that I had only 2 weeks left to work. Her hugs and our talks have been missed but cherished! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time, Debbie Stevens Rn
